The Funding Submissions are digitised and presented with hyperlinks to various websites or bookmarks for quick reference to due diligence data embedded within the documentation, enabling the Prospective Funder to execute any searches enhancing the effectiveness of the base document.

U-HORIZON’s pragmatic professional service provides an extensive resource to enable the Funder/Investor to complete specific due diligence, checklist/assessment and accordingly enhances the speed of processing to market to initiate the Letter of Intent (LOI) and/or Indicative Letter of Offer and terms of conditions.
